Every piece here works upstairs before it works for you. Washed in our own kitchen, counted by our own people, and pulled the moment it stops looking new. You are renting the service we put in front of our own couples — not whatever is left on the shelf.
Collect it Thursday or Friday morning. Back by noon Monday. We count it with you both times, so nobody takes anybody's word for anything.
The first three are place settings — pick one. The candelabra stacks on top of whichever you choose. Every tap moves the number at the bottom of the page, so you are never waiting on a quote.

Clear acrylic, so it disappears and the flame is all anyone sees. Eight LED tapers, batteries fitted and tested before they leave the building. No wax, no smoke, no venue coordinator asking you to blow them out at nine — and they photograph like the real thing, because that is what the flame is copied from.
Sixty dollars complete. Forty if you are bringing your own candles.
No studio, no stylist, no borrowed props. The same inventory at noon and at midnight — the light does most of the work.

We confirm availability within one business day, then send a contract and deposit invoice. Nothing is held until the deposit clears. Prices exclude 8.625% Oklahoma sales tax.

We are pickup only. Orders are collected from Founders Tower at 5900 Mosteller Drive on Thursday or Friday between 9am and noon, and returned Monday by noon. Everything is counted with you at both ends and the count sheet is signed on the spot.
The All-Inclusive setting is $14 per guest and includes a dinner plate, salad plate, side plate, bowl, five-piece flatware, a charger plate in your chosen finish, a napkin in your colour and a ribbed water goblet. The Place Setting is $6.50 per guest and covers dinner plate, salad plate, fork, knife, teaspoon and goblet.
Up to 250 guests across roughly 42 tables. We hold 350 of each plate, 350 five-piece flatware settings, 300 of each charger, 300 napkins in each of four colours, 400 water goblets and 30 candelabras.
No. Scrape plates and return everything in the crates provided. Washing and sanitation is included in your rental at ten percent of the order, handled in our own kitchen.
A ten percent breakage cover is included in every order and absorbs ordinary chips and losses. Anything broken beyond ordinary wear is billed at the replacement price printed on your contract, so there is never a negotiation after the fact.
Most couples reserve four to eight weeks out. Peak Saturdays in spring and autumn go earlier. A fifty percent non-refundable deposit holds your dates and pulls the inventory off the calendar.

The candelabras are clear acrylic and stand thirty-two inches with eight arms. They take LED taper candles, fitted and tested before they leave, so there is no wax, no smoke and no venue asking you to put them out.

We rent to events across the Oklahoma City metro — Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Bethany, Nichols Hills, The Village, Mustang, Piedmont, Deer Creek and Guthrie — with pickup and return always at Founders Tower, 5900 Mosteller Drive. Our collection is also used in-house by Slate at Founders Tower, where couples with a booked date receive the Slate Insider Rate.
